Sony means IPG,
Jio means it will be like Ind - Aus series graphics or Ind tour of WI (box ) graphics?
So , i believe , it will be sky graphics by both digital and tv broadcast, which is good for us

In a win for cricket fans, JioStar and Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) announced on Monday that they have teamed up to deliver India’s 2025 and 2026 tours of England across both digital and television platforms.

Under the partnership, JioStar will stream all matches exclusively on JioHotstar, while Sony will broadcast them on the Sony Sports Network.

"This collaboration is a win-win for all stakeholders involved - especially Indian Cricket fans - and serves the broader sporting landscape. The combination of JioHostar's deep digital footprint with SPNI's broadcast network will universalise access to India's tours of England," said Sanjog Gupta, CEO – Sports and Live experiences, JioStar.

Meanwhile, Gaurav Banerjee, MD and CEO, Sony Pictures Networks India, lauded the move as a "first of its kind."

“We are thrilled to bring this fantastic partnership to cricket fans for India’s tour to England! Backed by the power of the Sony TV network and the digital prowess of JioStar - This first of its kind partnership will hope to redefine cricket coverage. Sony will have IPG, JioStar might use BGT one but none of them will use Sky graphics. Indian broadcasters never use host broadcasters graphics when India tours SENA countries.

Why sony has sub-license to jio? sony have gud commentary but in jiostar really frustrating and picture wise sony has best quality of level is awesome now its awful on jiostar.

I don't think Sony will spend extra cost for graphics,, mostly they will use sky graphics and try to acquire as much as profit from this series

I think sony got feared of loss due to excess of cricket due to IPL and retirement of Virat and Rohit.. Viewership will certainly decline.So they agreed to share right's financial burden with Jiostar and decided to let go digital rights.. Jiostar will be happy as they want all indian team's cricket on Jiohotstar.

Rightly said and SonyLiv doesn't have that much subscriber base that they can easily recover cost and its good for Hotstar also they have to maintain their subscriber base till October they don't have anything related to indian cricket
