Routing with Cloudflare and Vultr Mumbai servers are still poor. I wonder if complaining to Mota bhai's email would help. Maybe they would notice if people complain in mass number?

Mention the IP address of Vultr from this post. And mention Cloudflare.com's IP as well as 1.1.1.1 and remember to include your JioFiber number, otherwise your mail will be ignored.
I wrote them a mail some hours ago and got call within minutes saying that they will be sending someone for a router hygiene test. I explained that it is only with some websites but they did not listen. Maybe multiple complaints will open their eyes.
Jiofiber usually takes time to solve such technical issue. Emailing them won't work, have tried it few months back. So, for the time being I am using my local isp as my primary WAN and it is definitely faster.
I think since the fire incident occurred in their Mumbai NOC these severe routing issues started. It can not be a coincidence. Something must have screwed up on their end which they are unable to fix so far.
