They had been dropped recently in Jio TV but the major ones of Star channels including entertainment regional ones , movies and sports channels are available on JIO TV + via JIO Fiber. After Disney Hotstar taken over by jio the channels may be available .
As they show the same contents thats why it may not be available. Also Sony sports SD channels are dropped too because of the same reason.
Just to add Discovery channels are available via Discovery App in jio fiber .

They are already present in Jio Fiber . For Jio TV App this cannot be said as official announcement is yet to take place and after that too it will take 8 months to 1 year to materialize. But yes if the takeover happens then it may be possible.
