Jio tv added option for watching SD channel either in 4:3 ratio or 16:9(fullscreen)ratio

I am facing certain issue while playing JioTv. I dont have a Jio Sim but I have installed JioTv app on my Iphone and i can watch jiotv using my friend’s id through Wifi. Now the issue is during early morning or afternoon Jiotv channels plays smoothly but during Night time specially from 7pm onwards ther tend to Buffer a lot. It is not related to my Broadband speed as i have High speed Fibre connection and all other app and streams run properly but i am facing this problem on Jiotv.

Even I am facing slow speed on Jiotv through broadband connection. The Jio sim is in an ipad and belongs to my mom, it has not been recharged so either Jio is slowing us down intentionally or they do not have proper interconnect lines with local broadband companies. For me even channel icon takes 10 minutes to load. Airtel TV works without buffering on same wifi.

Edit: Finally got it to work after reducing fragmentation threshold and RTS threshold in wifi settings. Watched one whole movie in MN+ without buffering.

Last upadation of Jio TV worst. Because earlier version all malayalam channels get 16:9, now 4:3 and very poor quality picture quality and stucking live tv app. Actually who is updated Jio TV app finally. In an Every app update, get more features and more better performence results. A main issue in Jio TV app they are not frequently update their Jio TV. With Jio internet Voafone live tv app smooth playing and all channels get full screen. Jio net with buffering Jio TV app.

Earlier SD channels available in 16:9.After update it became 4:3 only. But in the latest update SD channels can be played both 4:3and 16:3.One thing is true that PQ is reduced now.

Finally JIO TV added full screen switch toggle switch for SD channels. But very poor picture quality
