I got disconnected from Jio TV few days ago due to poor vpn speed. And to log back in, I need to get that code (otp) to get back into the account.
And i am not getting that otp code on that number. Even restarting the phone didn't work. Is there any error ? I don't even know which vpn would be better with better connection speed.

I have a question too: I am trying to connect from outside India to Jio TV (on my phone) using a vpn. I took all the protocols in a row and the Bypassers (including Route via VPN) and when I try to click on a TV channel, it gives me an error, although the application loads without problems, only the stream does not play. For what reason ?
Which vpn are u using. ? Did u try express? Was it working earlier or is it the first time u r trying it?
I use surfshark. I've used it before and it worked. Now instead it stops loading the streams (TV channels). It gives error.
Although it loads everything properly, only when playing the stream it doesn't work. It says "Bad request" or "Unable to play this program at the moment. Please try again in some time". I don't understand the reason. Do you have to have internet only from Jio now ?
Home page (For you) loads smoothly. Even (TV Guide) uploads. But when I click on a TV channel, it loads and then either "Retry" or "Bad request" appears. I have cleared the cache of the app, uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still does the same thing.
From the first day since I entered with vpn (surfshark) on Jio TV, no TV channel is working for me. But before that, around February-March 2024, the TV channels were also working without problems. Is it because I don't have internet from Jio ? And just phone number ? Do I need to change the DNS somehow ? And how can I unblock those ips, since I have activated all the premium features of the app ?
