BSNL is better than Airtel and Jio? I wish I could disagree with you. In rural even in unconnected areas BSNL has become much better than other networks.
Yes but only problem it is bad in service like how harder the higher authority try the lower wing employees work pathetic.

We were on a honeymoon period. It was bound to be over.
Whatever you say might be true. But today when everything is sky high these companies are bound to do so. But in this so called Department of Telecom should interfere and talk on board and provide subsidies to these companies to make internet affordable.

Frankly speaking about BSNL at my location it's completely worst scenario bcz the network not available all time and the funny thing is when electric power cut signals also gone we have to wait until power supply resumes..

Better dissolve the so called Regulation Authority TRAI to save few bucks of Our tax money 😤
That horrible organization is only here to increase our monthly expenses. If they cared about users. They would have made operators permanently allow incoming calls. I think government needs to get serious about BSNL like Doordarshan. They need to come up with a bill where we get Rights To Communication act where everyone gets unlimited calls and SMSes without being charged. They can charge a one time fee for the sim like they do with DD Freedish.

Haha, same happened with me here. We are not even getting their basic 2G properly in indoor.

Indoor coverage is better than Airtel & Jio as I have facing indoor connectivity issues in Jio at my office & Airtel at my home and Wi-Fi calling also not good.

My father uses BSNL as secondary sim. At our home. Calls are not properly audible. But when he goes outside of cities to rural areas where no networks works properly but BSNL. I think user penetration is very less. I barely know 5-6 people here who are not BSNL employees that uses BSNL in the city.

I have experienced all private telcos, now I try to experience BSNL for indoor connectivity in Vizag for 6 months.
