Jio, BSNL, Vodafone Idea and Airtel increasing tariff from 1st December

My plan was supposed to expire on dec 1st midnight so i recharged on Nov 30th due to the hike so in my app it was showing Plan validity 86 days which means 2 days pending on existing plan plus 84 days of newly recharged plan.

I did the same. My plan expiry says its gets over on 30th march 2020, but i can see both existing plans and new plans being used at same time. What to do ??

It shows 2.4 GB/Day instead of 1.4 GB. And the new pack i recharged yest says 83 days remaining. So both existing pack and new pack is used at same time. But the expiry says its 30 march 2020, weird i dont know whats happening.

Same here... I recharged for my Dad, but both existing and new pack are activated. Showing total 2.8GB (1.4 GB +1.4 GB). Queue doesn't work.

Yes same Rs 399. 1 GB/day and 400 MB is extra free from their side.

Just contact Vodafone care and may be they can help?

I guess your 29 days is counting down along with 84 days too.!
Both plans got activated at the same time!!
Customer service can sort this out?
