₹399 recharge done by me just now. Got 84 days Validity with 1.4GB data. Applied ₹50 coupon and got ₹12cb so effective price is 337 only 👍

Is it advance recharge? Can I advance recharge like jio

I am Recharging via main balance from 2 years. Its the same all time.
Why bro even before implementing IUC? What is the purpose of doing it? If I want to activate 399 plan then I have to spend near Rs.500 to get adequate amount in the main balance.

Because they offered full talktime on plans. It was better than queueing plans.

Nice.
airtel.in/press-release is a very nice page to keep a track on all their updates, including gradual shut-down of 3G networks across circles. The media release on hiking tariff mentions "beginning December" - which means it may not happen altogether in December alone.

Also, I think the TRAI consultation paper on review of IUC was released as late as 8-Nov-2019. I don't think any decision would have been reached by now. Also, the telcos would have to mutually agree on proposed changes, amendments in IUC etc.

Excerpt from the consultation paper: Stakeholders are requested to furnish their written comments by 09.12.2019 and counter-comments by 23.12.2019 to the Advisor (Broadband and Policy Analysis), TRAI.

I have a feeling the tariff would NOT be hiked until we see a media/press release from TRAI regarding outcome of the consultation paper.
