Later we will talk about bandwidth capacityWe can watch many 4k new channels in iptv as current DTH supports only one 4k channel due to limited satellite capacity.
Why we need premium upgrade of hotstar @149/-pm extra?, when they have already bundles hotstar super plan and we will not spend Rs.99/- for Star 4k, even they offer from its live tv complementary money. Then he is correct, instead of spending 99/month one can buy the hotstar annual plan combining the monthly payout
Wired fiber with iptv is better option with 100 mbps speeds.Everything has their own limitations, if you think IPTV is better DTH it is wrong. Capacity limitation is exists in both the cases. Wired option is somehow better than these two in terms of capacity consideration.
Without 50FPS...At that price you can get Hotstar Premium (4K) plan
It won't be a game changer but just an added convenience. As it is, most connected homes do not watch live TV because of OTT apps.IPTV over wireless internet is still challenging considering the bandwidth limitations. In fiber network they can easily transmit the channels through dedicated VLAN as like digital cable tv. Airtel IPTV may not going to be a game changer in coming days. If BSNL succeeds implementing IFTV it would lead the market. Since BSNL fiber reaches even remote villages.
It will be irrespective of the plan's bandwidth. Similar to BSNL IFTV. HopefullyGuys, Let's Not Make Much Fun On Airtel
Definitely They Are On Serious Note To Run The Business,
IPTV Is Definitely Going To Have Impact Because Of Pricing Policies But With 40mbps Plan It May Not Work Properly
Airtel IPTV Is internet based as of now.It won't be a game changer but just an added convenience. As it is, most connected homes do not watch live TV because of OTT apps.
Airtel would mostly launch IPTV based on VLAN so it'll be irrespective of the internet access. For IPTV through airfiber, 5G has enough bandwidth and there's a minimum commitment that's needed for installing airfiber ODUs. So hopefully the TRIPLE PLAY setup would be implemented successfully by airtel. We already have landline and internet. Now we need TV, like the other countries who combine all 3 for triple play.
It is the future of connected homes. And already done local operators have implemented triple play. Airtel can do it easily
