IFtv has configuration issues faced by BSNL users, iptv is more success. Ex: AP fiber successfully implemented iptv even with 15mbps speed plan.
But the question is how it will perform over wireless air fiber. Airfiber struggles to give good connectivity during rainy season or when there is congestion.
It will be good only on the fiber networks. Airtel is not interested to expand fiber connectivity. Let's not be happy for airtel they are worst in every scenario.
