Airtel and BSNL follows TRAI NTO rules for iptv, so they can absorb pay channels cost approx Rs.250/- to Rs.300/- in their monthly fiber plan of Rs.499/-+GST. But Jio should rely on Hathway for iptv, so I'm not expecting Jio can absorb iptv cost as they have already Jio tv+.When airtel can't even continue their mobile tv services unlike jio tv, how do we think that they will succeed in IPTV or provide low cost IPTV service's. Even if they launch IPTV it would be costlier and may not be free like jio. I don't have good opinion with Airtel.
Ex: Airtel already gives Rs.350/- worth of free DTH money for its fiber/airfiber users for live tv now.
