I have only clarified that is not possible as both have entered as seperate bidders thus not possible in today's Auction.... What happens after merger is seperate issue....

But your next reply was that this thread is not the right place to discuss a merger which is a bit weird because I was just replying to your replies and even then my reply was not 100% about the merger.
