Dont Think BCCI will agree to it

This is only last possible method if Bcci wants to conduct ..so instead of cancelling BCCI will surely agree on this..Ipl with crowds in stadiums is totally impossible in current situation

They will agree since the other option is cancellation which can result in huge losses.

After all, major source for BCCI is from other sources AFAIK.

Yes they will surely agree ..But as of now because of vissa problems i guesss ipl is likely going to cancel ...even if government allows visa some big players might not ready to play because if corona fear...so bcci may decide to cancel ipl because if they play ipl with only indian players it will effect ipl popularity nd then from next year ppl will think that ipl is same like other domestic leagues if they play without foreigner players this year

1) I feel IPL will definitely happen and would not be Cancelled.
2) Most likely till 15th April will be played in closed Stadiums.
3) 3-4 differant Stadiums might be selected for event till 15th April, to reduce movement.
4) Visa Restrictions does not ristrict work Visa, so most of the foreign players will be participating barring some English and Australian players.

Cannot imagine IPL with empty stands.

Why not move it to a country like South Africa, Carribean or New Zealand where there are no covid 19 positive cases ?

So that they get infected from virus? It's a bad decision. These countries won't even allow because of UN declaring Chinese flu as global epidemic.
