Delhi Capitals close in on Ashwin deal

Delhi Capitals have gone all out to pick Ravichandran Ashwin. According to sources, the franchise is very close to sealing the deal with the India off-spinner, who led the Kings XI Punjab in the last season, for the upcoming IPL season. Capitals' mentor Sourav Ganguly made his intentions very clear. "We would love to have Ashwin in our team. It also depends on if Kings XI Punjab release him," Ganguly said on the sidelines of a promotional event. Ganguly was in the city to attend an IPL review meeting of the Delhi Capitals. "The deal with Ashwin should be through.
