Bangar was expected to take the axe, but Mike??? Because of him RCB qualified three seasons in a row after a disastrous three years. He could have got at least another season…

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) are on the lookout for new backroom staff after deciding that they won’t continue with head coach Mike Hesson and batting coach Sanjay Bangar in the next Indian Premier League season.

The Indian Express understands that the franchise, which is yet to win an IPL title, is searching for fresh coaches but it’s not clear whether they will continue with current bowling coach Adam Griffith.
