In SA you could have 8pm IST start

Day night T20 are started at 9.30PM. it can be rescheduled 1hr earlier.

Where ever IPL will be staged, the matches will be played according to IST. So, matches will be on Prime time only in India.

IPL, India tour or ICC events will be plated according to IST.

Normally also match timing are fixed as per the participants nation. For example, ENG WI matches at 1.30AM, WI Aus was at 5.30 AM, WI Pak was at 8.30PM .

I know but we will miss night matches, better IPL should happen in India or Srilanka, UAE
