Just FYI, SL and India follows same time ie., Sri Lankan time is Indian time.. It will be a disaster in terms of dew in SL at that time compared to UAE.

If you want toss to not decide ANYTHING and want a 7.30pm start, South Africa is the best bet among the reported countries.

still not understand why not bcci make moves for Australia as secondary option to host ipl specialy when this year is world cup year plus Australia pitches we see high scoring matches less travel time easyly can make Melbourne or sydney as a hub and get 3 stadoum in one city plus one of Melbourne stadium have closing roof option so that if rain come match not hampered.
