GT has practically won the match by losing the toss itself. We all know that GT has been the best chasing team this season. Sanju could have broken the streak at the toss by choosing to chase, but it was not to be.

It seems that other than missing out on the trophy, RR won’t get the purple cap either unless Yuzi gets a wicket by a miracle, given that this is one of the lowest scores in an IPL final.
