Why Umesh has to bowl 4 overs when Russell was there still can't believe Shreyas Captaincy

See sreyas iyer lacks in using a bowler properly. Andre russell is better in overs between6-15 but he won,t give bowl to him during that phase. Last match Aman khan has given only one over.. Another poor decision.

There was no need to give Varun & Umesh with Russell & Venkatesh Iyer as bowling option.
