Everyone before the IPL were betting heavily on LSG, but I never found them that superior
KL, Quinton, Elvin, Holder : Strong batsmen
Manish Pandey, Hooda, Krunal : I don’t remember when these 3 have played an innings which has made a team win, rather all 3 have been flop in recent IPL games and this middle order is similar to what SRH/PBKS had last year
Bowling : Avesh Khan and Bishnoi, both are good and dark horses but where is the experience if they go for a toss on a bad day.
This team doesn’t even have strong bench strength which they can bet upon, they need all of their first 11 to perform else they are out of options

Ayush Badoni 6 Matches 8 runs what is reason to send him ahead of Krunal Pandya

Poor choice indeed. But it might probably be to prevent Hooda and Krunal from playing with each other. Hooda is single-handedly trying to rescue LSG.
Edit: As I say this Badoni has finally got into the groove by smashing a six and a four!

Still Krunal Pandya with his Experience should have been send ahead, If Badoni had failed this might would have been his last match this season.

Look at it in another way, Probably Badoni wouldn't have even started for Lucknow either had Stoinis, Kyle Mayers and Holder be available for selection from the 1st match itself so probably right time to send Badoni earlier giving him more balls to face in his 1st ipl match rather than sending only for slogging in last few overs in the limited oppurtuinty to prove himself. And indeed Its been a good decision to send him bat above Krunal with the innings he's played till now
