Do not want to sound like some craze conspiracist but some one from within is trying derail something. Wants status quo to remain. Its not possible that same system would start cracking at different places within short amount of time.

Also if one doesnt increase tariff for x/y years than maintenance is first causality

Also dont want to be like pointing fingers but most of them is in Jharkhand, Bihar, WB and Odisha. The railway zones there need to step up their maintenance
