The Ministry of Railways has approved quota for persons with disabilities in all trains irrespective of whether rail travel concession is offered or not

As always failed to book Tatkal and premium tatkal ticket today in Indian Railways for emergency travelling . I think I will not be alive to see get a confirmed ticket in Emergency from indian Railways for me. Inspite of 12 seats showing transaction going through the ticket was not booked . My 4000 /- Rs too got cut from the credit card.The system is added to help agents only. Why the system fails in India for the common man and my opinion will always be the same for the Indian system.

Thats why I encourage Vande Bharat. Atleast at the last moment, we will have seats to travel.

Bro inspite being two capital cities , there is no Vande Bharat train between the stations I was trying to book. I tried Rajdhani in premium tatkal but it was showing not available immediately as booking started at 10 am. I was ready to take the exorbitant ticket prices being an emergency health condition of my sibling as you rightly said tickets are available for Vande Bharat as it is out of reach for common man . The issue is collusion between railways and agents where the normal tatkal tickets are already booked by fake ids and then sold at exorbitant rates specially during this time of the year..

I blame IRCTC. They have absolute monopoly so why would they do anything for benefit of travelers. Situation would have been better if there were alternatives available.

I dont have the financial power to book flight tickets if available at this urgent moment as it will be around 25-30K . I am at the mercy of this system where I am resigned to my fate and sad and stressed that I could not do anything at this moment. I could not travel like animals as I am having a small child and I could not risk my family falling ill in this extreme heat conditions .I am trying to find an agent who at exorbitant prices could help in this situation.

So finally Indian railways does not allowed to give a feedback on the experience with IRCTC feedback not working. Pathetic to say that I am experiencing such kind of services. The refund too is not returned and saying failed.

I guess I failed to book tatkal ticket 2-3 times in my usage. I choose to pay via UPI instead of putting my details and wait for OTP.

Trains are no longer for poor. It's for rich. They have reduced passenger trains. Poor people are travelling in toilets. Middle class are struggling to get tickets as agents hoards them charging almost double and triple for tickets. Bus is the only option.

On Sunday Traveling via Devagiri Express and I had reserve ticket but feel like I am traveling in general coach. All without / general ticket holder jam packed whole train.

Railways should increase General Coaches in every train. Minimum 6 coaches should be there.
