It's ICC to be blamed. Why don't they do some weather research before awarding hosting rights to a country? When DLS was introduced T20 itself wasn't introduced. How could they continue same rules without any research? Least they could've done is award 1 points to both teams. Instead of giving unfair advantage to other teams in the group.
