Anyway the DD Atmos shows in the contents, we feel the real Dolby Atmos in av receiver only. Most of TVs have Dolby digital/ plus out only. So they mentioned DD 5.1 also. @kathirkutty bro feel the real audio he have 7.2 av receiver.

Dolby atmos working fine in appletv. Airtel xstream only dd+.

@ramesh skyPLAY bro my recceiver is supported 11.2 channels. My room capacity is only 7.2 channels. So i am chosen and made for the 7.2 channels speakers.

Hotstar is showing only DD5.1 in Android TV box even when directly to AV receiver. Not sure why it is restricted only in android TV as it is working fine on Google Tv.

Still being searched in Tataplay binge plus, there is only showing DD 5.1.

Before update appletv showing dolby symbol only. But atmos coming in supported content.. Now new update its showing dolbyatmos symbol in supported content.

I repeat. The DolbyAudio not showing issue is only with Android TV apps. It is working fine in other places like AFTV, Apple TV etc

Found my 4yr old Firestick yday. Installed Hotstar and I could see DolbyAudio logo on home screen, and 5.1Audio option while playing movie. The same movie on my TV doesn't show DolbyAudio logo and no 5.1 Audio option while playing.

Did anyone find any workaround to get DolbyAudio from Android TV Hotstar app?

I think your Android tv not connected with home theater....when u connected 5.1 option show in Android tv app..
