HDMI/Coaxial Digital out/Optical Digital out to 5.1 audio convertion??

Guys,

Need your help one more time. I recently bought a Sony LED TV KLV-32EX330. I am also having a Mitashi DVD player and F&D 5.1 speaker system. Now I am realizing that the output quality of the Mitashi DVD is player is not so good even with component output when connecting to my LED TV. So, I am planning to buy a Blu Ray Player where I can get HDMI connectivity to my TV. But none of the Blu Ray players are having the analog 5.1 audio output so that I can connect my existing F&D 5.1 speaker system.

Is there any convertors available to convert HDMI/Coaxial Digital out/Optical Digital out to 5.1 analog output? If so, please let me know where I can get the best one.

yes friend this product is good for audio convertion digital to analog,
because u have all dth, bluray player and 5.1 audio system otherwise my friend using philips ht series home theatre in this system it has coaxial/optical input.

I bought the above device. I connected my Videocon HD set top box's coaxial audio output to this decoder and the output of this device is connected to 5.1 input of my F&D home theater. I am getting the 5.1 sound. I tested it with MTunes HD.

But...

The volume level is not the maximum when comparing the connection through stereo input of my home theater connected with stereo output of my HD set top box. Also the sub woofer's bass is very less.

My home theater can convert the stereo to 5.1 using it's inbuilt prologic function (but it is fake). But that seems to be better bass than the decoded one.. I think I wasted my money.

Or someone could help me to improve the quality of the output? Is it because of the quality of coaxial cable I am using??
