Google is adding a "small amount" of security metadata to Android APKs to be sure that they were distributed through the Play Store or an approved channel. This will make it possible to verify an app even you're offline, Google said, making it possible to officially add that title to your store library and receive updates through Google's portal.

Google Play is so damn slow. I wanted to watch Crazy Rich Asian. Been waiting since global digital release. They released the movie only after the release date of the blu-ray. You not only have to pay ridiculously high amount for a movie. You gotta wait too. No wonder people pirate stuff.

Google Play Store now shows edit history on user reviews. Was it used to show that before? Also UI of reviews section is revamped.
