If I'm right, choosing 'Google Play Store' will redirect you to the Google play store app. Choosing 'Play Store' will just open the little menu of the Google play store from bottom of the screen where you can install the selected app right away instead of redirection. I did it a few days ago where clicking on the app on browser.
