which sim card are you using ? U should get Airtel/vodafone/Idea billing option if you use mobile data

Idea billing removed bro. I'm using idea cellular, not getting the payment method..

May be Idea billing needs OS 5 or higher. (not sure)

No it doesn't require for carrier billing. This requirement is only for Netbanking. See the requirements here
