Super strange. I'm still on 69.0.001 arm64. Pretty sure you must be in beta. That update hasn't arrived in stable yet

Even I had got this update sometime in mid November on Android, yes I am on Beta tester group for this app and my current version is 118.1.8

No, I'm not part of any beta testing group. Version on my google play store shows the same as you mentioned. But it got updated to version 118.1.8 from vivo app store automatically. Just cross checked the downloads!
