Chelsea needs a very strict manager and an owner that backs the manager. Roman Abramovich is done with Chelsea. He's not giving any finances to spend (manager has no say in transfers right now)and neither attending matches due to personal issues. Chelsea have a lot to sort out. Personally i don't think they can finish top 4 or win Europa league. They first need to change their defensive style of play which itself will take a long time. Money is not always going to do the trick.

I want my club Arsenal to spend some money through the kit deal and there profits which we will make if we qualify for UCL. Some good additions now will land you better deals in the coming years. Man City are the best example for this. People used to get mad about City spending unlimited cash on players and were jealous. But Pep ensured he got the best youngsters with potential as well as have some experienced players in the squad. Hope Emery will take us to new heights. Bro if this year they qualify for ucl sponsor will come . Last couple of year arsenal only play europa league that hurt them for getting sponsor . Same thing happen with psg they also played French leauge which not so popular compared to premire leauge but they qualify ucl in most of the time which is why they get sponsorship . Arsenal should go for one big player in next transfer window then that player's face they can use lure sposership just like psg did by buying neymar
