Apparently this is not how it works. I had about 8GB of data left. I recharged with ₹49 one day before the pack expiry. Still the remaining data was forfeited. I had to recharge with new data pack again, on top of ₹49. Airtel seems to be using cheap business tactics here.

Exactly. They do not carry forward anything. Be it dedicated account balance or data balance. They maintain separate validity for each recharge. Ridiculous. In Vi I recharged with Zee5 bundled pack last year and i carry forwarded the data for almost 8 months.

Airtel is giving Amazon prime membership in 131/- and 349/- RC Plan.
131/- plan for existing validity plan and prime membership validity is 30 days.
but in the 349/- plan AZ prime memship validity is not showing.
plz let me know AZ prime memship validity days in 349/- plan

I ported to airtel using this offer only. I think airtel is spending alot to get customers. At the same time want the low end customers to go out.

I wonder if anyone even got it. This offer always sounded to good to be true.
