I ported my Jio number to Vi on 29th & from today I'm getting signal on my VI number but I'm unable to use it as my Jio sim is still active. Jio customer care is not helping in any way & VI care is saying until & unless you'll not do tele-verification, you'll not able to use it.
How it's possible its 5thday now, still not getting, something bug, wait another day and
Call cc continously
I ported in just 4days days and enjoying high speed giganet
 
Everyone getting VoLTE in VI?
I used to get it, like 1 month before.
But now I am not getting.
Tried calling CC twice, they asked me to send sms to 12345 which gives me invalid code error.
I have mailed to Vi on Dec 1st but no response yet
Does anyone here know any solution?

Both customer care are helpless. How can I know if my porting request was successful? My Jio's plan also expired yesterday. Is there any way to generate UPC online?

Why dont you do the tele verification as mentioned by vi customer service?
 
How to enable Volte in Vi?
SMS to 12345 is not working.
CC is saying that Vi is not having Volte in my circle but 1 month back I purchased one Vi sim & it is supporting Volte.

Vi volte is a hit or miss. Try mail to their customer service team about it and tell them there are people who has volte in your circle and how can they have it if volte is not lauched in your circle?

If my current circle is not supporting volte then if I'll move to another circle which supports vi volte will I get it?
