Yes bro though not sure we can use that in what way coz till now we can't make outgoing call without monthly plan

Obviously can't subscribe plans via using main balance

I asked this to CC sometime ago , they said that topup is for calling to premium numbers(within India) and to call international numbers, Main balance can also be used for sending international sms
