Must've had an insomniac night....Happens sometimes...

During the winters, I could sleep in the separate room for myself, and I would be awake for 4A.M.-5A.M. without sleeping(I generally sleep at 1A.M.)....Got my sleep schedule destroyed, got headaches, got eyeball pain and a couple of other issues... Took me almost 3 months to get it fixed again....

I sleep at 4 am - 5 am. Wake up at 10 am. It has become a habit because of my work. Even at evenings I sleep from 6-7 pm. This is still better than me not sleeping for days. 🥹

I used to sleep late around 2 or 2.30 thnx to late night movie watching it improved a little bit now by 1 most after reading some ebooks

Hmmmm... It's that I prioritise sleep over anything. I am very conscious towards having a sound sleep to stay healthy and fit. I know it's not easy for you (or anybody) because of this ridiculous corporate culture. But still you may try sleeping by an hour earlier. Set manageable targets and things will work.
