This is gradually becoming obnoxious.During my recent visit to Lucknow's Shaheed Path i found atleast a dozen of boys/girls making short videos/vlogs sometimes in the middle of the road.These guys have no civic sense and deserves few lathis from Police to stop becoming a nuisance.
