no it must be tata BSNL network of bharat. ( TBNB)

later expand to international location/countries.
tcs almost ready with indian stack for 4g/5g core. same can also be sold independent to other nation or buy out operation and run those network with inhouse developed core

as theccase, MTNL is running mobile service in Mauritius
Does Tata really want another stint with failure yet again?

Adani might build a company from scratch like Ambani did with Jio. Why would he want to take on the debt of Vi? But yes deep pockets will help him get ample spectrum to be able to build a robust network and this will increase the competition in the market and lead to subscriber churn and the worst hit would be Vi. They may be pushed to bankruptcy and then have to be sold for parts. That's when Ambani and Adani could pick up it's key assets at scrap price rather than taking on the company's debt.
Adani doesn't have power to build it from scratch. And that against behemoth of Mukesh Ambani. And it's next generation seems to be good too. I hope it doesn't fallout like Mukesh and Anil. Let's see what happens to Vi. I doubt whatever you mentioned about Vi will happen. Listening this from long time. But didn't happen yet. As I have shared screenshots, network is too good for me in Mumbai. Even in South Gujarat where I travel regularly. 100Mbps easily on 3+41. Yesterday had a talk with Ankit, he got more than 225Mbps on 1+3+8, still people complain about Vi, I don't know how they are facing problems. I am facing more problems on Airtel than Vi. If you whatever you mention happens by chance then it will Ambani who will purchase it and it will monopoly. Already feels like monopoly. Let's see but end of Vi is very very distant as of now.

This is bound to get by Mr tata,
history of Bharat says
VSNL and Indian airline is now run by tata.

Tata seems perfectly fit for bsnl+vi retail, network , enterprise business and operations , so much so that they sold mobile consumer biz to airtel for free and not submitted any bid for partcipating in 2022 auction and sitting idle with UL licenses in 7 circle and MVNO/ISP authorization via tata play broadband in various states/cities.
When Tata will acquire BSNL+Vi? Give us timeline? Doesn't make sense when they gave Airtel for free.

Is a colloboration between Adani and Verizon is possible? They were also interested to enter the Indian market. Verizon with it's experience seems like an ideal partner for the Adanis.
Verizon struggling in US itself. They had worst quarter and TMobile is going good. Once 108 auction is in pockets of TMobile, then nothing stopping TMobile. 200Mhz of n41 will crush Verizon in years to come, atleast monopoly won't be there with CBand.

If they buy 50 Mhz or more bandwidth in upcoming 5G auction, then they will launch b2b first, later starts b2c silently with fixed wireless broadband and super app.

Yes Adani has their own power to build a new telecom company...

No doubt. Govt. can change any rules for them. Airtel shares were already starting to down from today.
