Seeking Help Games not running in full screen in windows 10

When I was in win 7 all the game was working in full screen resolution

I don't know then, I'm playing maxpayne 3 , mafia 1 and hitman with max resolution on windows 10.
try to download drivers from official site. don't download from un official softwares.
I used to update everything from dell official package only.

is it giving black bars ?? or coming in windows what is native resolution of your monitor ?? i mean 1366*768 Like.. ??

you'll need widescreen fix, patch or mod google it every game will have a different mod or patch. Btw directx is not an issue here. If you don't have the proper directx the game will fail to run. If a game requires directx 9. It'll install directx 9 then only the game will run. It won't run if your computer doesn't have directx 9 (Even if your computer has directx 11 or 12 installed). Every game require a specific version of directx.

When I upgrade to win7 it was fine but when I reset my PC problem started

This is what i have found

gta screen fix.rar

Download below and extract it. Extracted files move or replace in the game directory where gta sa is installed after that start the game and select resolution as 1366*768 as you told it's native.

if it needs widescreen fix/mod it wouldn't run in fullscreen mode on win 7. I think it's with the graphics drivers he installed.
