I think they are intentionally doing it to not fall in any legal issues by using Paytm name.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of scammers out there who will try to take advantage of people's kindness.

The scammers need to up their game.This account blocking sms and rewards winning won't get them much money.

My mom recieved abusive calls to return money that was credited (not actually) to her account. The caller just started abusing without saying anything in our local language. She was confused at first. She pulled a reverse uno card and said that she is keeping all the money while abusing him back. He never called back. Still waiting for him to call back.
