Im Eating Air daily in Train & Bus

Usually I don't eat at morning. But I am very hungry as I didn't had anything since last night. I have been eating air since morning. They are doing some maintenance work here. I am helping out. So I didn't shower as I will get dirty. I have a rule of not eating before shower. Do you guys have any rule before eating?
