Well this food is a special one since our ancient history...ಅವಲಕ್ಕಿ + ಸಜ್ಜಿಗೆ / upma+ poha..
This is must for breakfast in all our marriage Pooja or whatever happens... But now adays these has gone into history as people r fond of idli dosa poori or any other latest ones..
Yep the word @Kmr used Concrete comes once we mix both with curds ...as we too say.. it's very very tasty too...
