It's cool bogori in both Assamese and Bengali. Can't beleive that even after growing up we still don't eat it before Saraswati Puja.

North meets South. Odd combination. So bet it tasted good.

Plain Dosa ?

It taste little bit different. We use to have neighbours from Visakhapatnam. They use to cook and send us every Sunday. We ate this with some type of dal instead of sambhar and chutney.
