Add some dry fruits badam , pista , cashew etc.... With one half girnded in mixer grinder
.. Strawberry , Apple & grapes also added nature sweet to oats meal

But I don't know how oats help us nothing in that cattle feed
Added everything. It still taste like shi*! On Instagram, Facebook people be like taking oats in a cup, add some milk, cocoa Powder, soak it overnight and pretend like it taste good! All are just pretending that oats are good. Nothing else. It tastes like garbage.
 
Don't listen to your trainer and don't eat oats if you hate the taste of it. I dislike oats no matter what i add to it. I tried whey protein, peanut butter etc. It just maybe the texture which is not pleasing. Only time I don't mind them is in thick shakes which I make to get more calories in easily. I just eat regular home cooked food for breakfast now and make changes in other meals since we require higher protein for muscle mass. Oats is just another carb which is no better than an idli or chapathi. These stupid trainers who get info from some other low IQ gurujis will ruin fitness for everyone.
If you don't mind pumpkin seeds which is tasteless anyway. You can have this. It taste like chocolate pastry but we need to add little bit sugar and one banana. It taste bland otherwise.

Morning Breakfast : Oats with Green Vegies(Carrot, Baby Corn ,Capsicum , Tomato , Green Chilies) with Zero Oil .
Not Yummy but healthy

That's the difference yaar between man & cattle .. if it's good then its cattle if anyone don't like they're humans 🤣😛
 
I just saw this. And it has so much of added sugar. It would have been really better if they will let us to add sugar or not. I would have add Banana for sweatness against Sugar. Anyway thinking of making this without sugar in home just like i made noodles. 😋

Decided to stick with my old breakfast routine after trying that stupid experiment. No more cattle feed for rest of my life. Bye bye oats. 🙏
