It's not that in Hindi belt people call it only Pani Puri. It differs from person to person. Some call it GupChup, some Phuchka, some call it Golgappa & some Pani Puri. 1st & 3rd one are used more, some people feel ashamed in saying Gupchup so, they say Golgappa.
