It's not that in Hindi belt people call it only Pani Puri. It differs from person to person. Some call it GupChup, some Phuchka, some call it Golgappa & some Pani Puri. 1st & 3rd one are used more, some people feel ashamed in saying Gupchup so, they say Golgappa.It's called puchka in Assam and Bengal. Pani Puri in Hindi belt. What is it called in your region?
