Since I have gone vegan. I realised that India is the best and worst country to be vegan. At first we have so many non dairy based veg dishes. You can eat delicious things like veg roll, aloo paratha, samosas, dosas, beans etc. and still save planet. But also realised that there is very limited option to actually buy vegan dairy. Like powdered soy milk, vegan ice-creams, cakes etc. I think my city has like 1 vegan restaurant which also seem to shutdown due to lockdown.

I made some inception on my vegan diet. I do eat dairy at times. But I saved it for special occasions. Like yesterday I ate both paneer and kheer because of the puja at our local temple.

What offended you my friend? I think same as you. We should avoid milk for our health. That's what I said. Most of my meal consist of soyabeans which is mostly feed to cattle. There is nothing wrong in that. They are also living beings like us.

At my grandmother's house we use to have cattle before she got sick. Caretaker use to come and make food for the cattle. It consisted of all kinds of vegetables from gourd to brinjal. He use to boil and put lots of salt and feed it.
