It IS made from potatoes. Even in the packet there's picture of Potatoes.

According to Pran's website flavor is of potato. They are trying to say it taste like chips. Not made from actual potato.

Chips which are made from potatoes requires nitrogen to stay crunchy. Meanwhile Potata comes in a normal biscuit packet and is still crunchy.

No.
It's the coconut itself. The inside is soft like this when the coconut is Green on the outside. You can scoop it all out easily with a spoon.
