try 5 meal a day.
Breakfast (8-9am)
morning snack(11-11.30am)- preferably a seasonal fruit like apple
lunch (12.30-1.30pm)
evening snack (4-5pm)- like almond, dates, peanut, cashew(all of these are example of good fat)
dinner(8-9pm)
two additional tip:
1. avoid simple carb consume complex carb
2. take dinner as early as possible
Which milk? Powdered or Normal? Very bad idea i think. Normal milk and egg is very good for health. It keeps our bones healthy. We need calcium and vitamin d riched food for our bones.. Tofu (soyabean paneer) can replace them but it's a processed food and more expensive..

You mean don't like to eat animal?
But animal protein is very necessary for our body. Because we are human, carnivorous. We can't replace them with vegetables which are more expensive now a days. To keep our vision healthy, we need to eat fish. And lack of them also creates some serious problem for health..
