Banana chilli.Capsicum is dark green colour and and short in shape, I know. This one is light green , little longer. I don't know it's name in English. So I called it capsicum
I have stopped having breakfast since 2013. Nothing happened. I just occasionly have it on based on crave of food once in a while or if there is some festival where I am to have it. Nothing happen to me.this is not recommended at all.

No no.. skipping meal is not a good idea. I follow 3 meal in a day and 11 hours gap between dinner and breakfast.. No can't avoid non veg totally because i need to eat protien based food and low carbs..Start skipping breakfast. Have cornflakes for lunch. Then you are free to have anything to want for dinner. Yes you are right. I was thinking the same. But i love tasty food, so i reduced the quantity..and eating Muri with that Potato fry no way gonna help you.
