Ulka Website shows NCF extra. Want to know Ulka tv packs with Excitel fiber have discount? Is NCF charged for Ulka packs with Excitel fiber?
Hey, sorry for the late reply, I didn’t notice the responses in this thread!
Ulka doesn't allow you to choose TV packs independently. They only have tie-ups with broadband partners, and each partner has its own packages. There’s no way to purchase the packages shown on their site. For example, since I’m using it with my Excitel connection in North India, they offer a pre-defined package called "Excitel Hindi Basic HD," which includes most of the regularly viewed channels (the Ulka Basic Pack contains all the FTA channels). Since my parents watch a few other channels not included in the package, I added those separately, just like with any other DTH service, at the same TRAI-defined rates. And yes, when you add additional channels to your package, you’ll need to pay an extra NCF charge.

No, since this is an android app, it run directly from your tv remote. However, you can use number buttons on your tv remote to switch the channels.

Are you still using Excitel iptv and will i get iptv in 300 mbps cable cutter plan
Hi Chirag, apologies, I may not be able to give a confident answer at the moment. I still have the Excitel 400 Mbps IPTV plan, but I haven't been using it much since I switched to Airtel Fiber and uses its IPTV, which is definitely more stable.

The last time I recharged my Excitel plan, I spoke to their customer care regarding IPTV, and they confirmed that I'd still get access to ULKA TV if I recharged the 400 Mbps plan for 6 months. So yes, with the 400 Mbps + 6-month plan, you do get IPTV access. However, I'm not sure if the same applies to lower-speed plans. The information on their website isn't very clear regarding IPTV access, so I recommend contacting their customer care directly for more clarity.
