Yes, there are separate configurations for the IPTV in Excitel router/ONU but those are uneditable.

The router supports some kind of different IPTV protocol, which is enabled in my case by default. It was not there in my previous router.
This is the reason why Excitel has asked me to get the new connection of Excitel since IPTV won't work with the existing customer due to non-supported IPTV routers

You can check configurations in WAN option on your router.

Afaik vlan ids can’t be zero. There should be different id for internet and iptv

Actually i am trying to setup iptv on normal router but it requires vlan ids and other configurations. So, if possible can you share it?

I don't really have much to show under WAN configurations. IPTV configurations can not be seen anywhere on the router config page.
