Downloaded videos doesn't have sound

IDM does not show a video download panel for web players. What should I do?

in your previous post - you have given the ways to get it, above post saying not showing. Means finally idm also not showing any messages for downloading ?

have you done the processes that i metioned for IDM and Keepvid..?

IDM i downloaded 6.09 ver from site but it doesn't show any messages in the top. Keepvid's method I didn't tried. Me giving preference for direct downloading, as other options taking more time.

For IDM
open IDM
click downloads
click options
select General Tab
check (tick) the browser you are using
press ok. then open the youtube.com. you will now get the download option at the top of the video..

give this a try.

Me tried the IDM ver 6.17, and done the procedures as advised by you and open you tube and downloaded one video, it doesn't show any messages of "downloading" on the top.

I think this is also a URL pasting method one.

try this once..
1.open IDM
2.click downloads
3.click options
4.select file types tab (File Types tab can be used to change the list of file types that will be taken over from a browser and downloaded by IDM.)
5.in the box called "automatically start downloading the following file types" type MP4 FLV click ok.
now check youtube..
Reply what happens..
If this doesn't work there might some other issue.let see some other members may have some clue..
